Since November 2018, I have re-launched this website in my free time. I have been writing new original articles about HR Analytics and related subjects.
Recently I have also started launching small Kaggle-like competitions to allow HR pros to get practical exposure to real-life problems using credible datasets. Mirroring what the famous “Titanic Machine Learning dataset” has provided to aspiring data scientists.
Only through repeated exposure to an idea, preferably from multiple directions and in different contexts, can we truly internalise what HR Analytics can do.
